New Year, New Challenge!

Sorry, I have no resolutions. :) But it is the beginning of a new year, so we decided to make a radical change and go full Paleo (you can find more info on that here: http://paleodietlifestyle.com/) It worked for a few of our friends so we decided to give it a go. We had a great first day, ate all the meat, veggies, fat, we feel great and are ready for more! Coming from a culture where bread is holy (no, I am not kidding, we have bread ceremonies, it is even consider a sin to throw bread, you're always to place it gently on the table) going without any grains might be a challenge but we are determined. The plan is to cook our national food and family favorites but with the necessary Paleo modifications. I think it is time to start feeding my family what my mom fed us as children. After all, it was delicious, nutritious and well, let's say it, real food. I think that transition will be hard for Little Boy, as all 3 year olds he is particular about his food likes and dislikes, but it is our job to mould him into the perfect human being(I know, "good luck" to us, but well it is a parent's job). Little Girl will be easy to convince, she is at the "I'll eat it if it is real food no matter what it is" stage, so now is the time!
